About Christine
The first thing you should know about me is I am passionate about real estate. All aspect of it. Commerical, residential, income producing, rental units, raw or developed land and everything in between. I personally invest in the same thing I ask you to invest in.
Now, the ebb and flow of my life are not that important here. But, I will touch upon a few things. Registed Nurse. Owned/created four Residential Care Facilities. Cared for 33 in-home clients, supervised 13 staff, managed a 24 hour, 7 days a week & 365 days a year business. I did this all on my own. I worked full time at Loma Linda University while putting all this together. No financial assistance from other souces. Im damn proud of that. No debt accumulated. And when sold, well all I can say it, "When it rains, it pours"!
I learned big life lessons at 27 years old. That GRIT and PERSISTANCE took presidence over intellegence. Now dont misunderstand me, I'm smart as a whip but without mental stamina you cannot maintain your position when the storm comes. And It will come.
Now, lets talk about the fun stuff. Real Estate. For most people, this is the biggest purchase they will ever make in their entire life. Big purchases require TRUST. If the client doesnt trust you, they wont work with you. End of story.
I could talk about all the people I've helped down the yellow brick road. My family, my friends and my clients! But it wont mean anything to you, until you experience it with me at the wheel. There's not denying it. We are in stormy times right now. You need an agent with GRIT in their sole, TRUST in their heart and smart as a whip.
